Domestic Shipping

Orders received Monday - Friday will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Sara makes every effort to ensure your package arrives safe and sound. However, in the event that your package arrives damaged please email pictures of the damage to Sara at Caterpillarconcept@gmail.com within 24hrs of receipt and she will do everything she can to make it right. Due to the nature of the artwork being shipped Sara requires shipping insurance on every piece that is shipped. Sara currently offers flat rate shipping of $95 for any piece of art purchased which includes shipping, handling and shipping insurance. If you're in Green Bay or the surrounding area and would prefer to meet for a pick up just select the I'm from Green Bay option at check out and Sara will email you to arrange pick up. *Please note if you live outside of the Green Bay area but still would like to meet for pick up there may be a small fee added to the transaction for driving time and gas. Sara will work out the specifics with you via email.

International Shipping

Please contact Sara at Caterpillarconcept@gmail.com for international shipping rates. Please put International Shipping in the subject of the email. The email should include the piece of art you are interested in as well as the location you would like it shipped to. Sara will email back within 2-3 business days with shipping options and rates based on your location. Please note that artwork may be subject to taxes, fees and/or duties according to your specific country's regulations. If you have questions about potential taxes, fees and/or duties you may be responsible for please contact your local customs office.

Returns

Due to the unique handmade nature of the items sold, all sales are final. No returns or exchanges will be accepted. Sara has done her best to capture accurate colors of each item, however hues may vary from screen to screen. If you feel there is a problem with your item or your item is damaged during transit please email Sara at Caterpillarconcept@gmail.com within 24hrs of receipt and she will do her best to resolve the issue and make it right.
